SA355 Grade P11 Alloy Steel Seamless Pipe Supplier In India

ASTM A335 P11 PIPE has the composition of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium and molybdenum. The chromium molybdenum content makes the pipe corrosion resistant and strong. The material has 415MPa minimum tensile strength and 205MPa minimum yield strength. The ASTM A335 P11 Pipe comes in nominal bore sizes ranging from ½ inches to 36 inches. These are available in lengths up to 16000mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 14mm. The SA335 GRADE P11 SEAMLESS PIPE  can also be produced from schedule 20 through XXS and heavier with wall thicknesses up to 250mm for different application purposes. There are cold drawn and cold rolled pipe types in this grade of material. These are also known as drill pipes for their strength, toughness, wear resistance and the application in the oil drilling industrial applications.

A335 GRADE P11 DRILL PIPE can be made seamless, ERW, welded or fabricated. The shape of the pipe can be single random, double random and cut to length sizes. The pipe ends vary such as plain end, beveled end and treaded end types for these drill pipes. These are also known as larger diameter pipes. These ferritic alloy steel pipes are suitable for high temperature services. The A335 GR P11 ERW PIPE can be coated with color painting, 3LPE, epoxy resin and others. The forming operations such as drawing, expansion and machining are possible on these pipes. These can be hardened by full or isothermal heat treatment. The applications of these pipes are seen in spacecraft, turbine blades of jet engines and in nuclear reactors.
