Alloy Steel P5 Seamless Pipes manufacturer in India

SA 335 Grade P5 Alloy Steel Pipe is made up of an alloy steel that has chromium and molybdenum in high concentrations. The chromium content in these pipes is up to 10% and the molybdenum content in these pipes is up to 1.1%. This chemical composition provides the pipes with high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. ASTM A335 P5 Pipe material includes carbon manganese phosphorus sulfur Silicon and chromium and molybdenum in the content. The grade 5 pipes have 415 MPA minimum tensile strength and 205 MPA minimum yield strength. The grade 5 pipes can be heat treated on the form of full or isothermal annealing. A335 P5B EFW Pipe can support to forming operations such as drawing, expansion, machining, sandblasting common short blasting, galvanizing and heat treatments.

The pipes can also be produced as rolled, cold drawn, normalizing rolled, thermomechanical rolled, formed, normalizing formed or quenched and tempered. Alloy Steel P5B Welded Pipes list precise in dimensions then the seamless pipes. The pipes can have plain ends or beveled ends. These pipes come under the AST M and ASM E standards. This standard specification covers pipes of diameters 3 by 8 inches to 30 inches in nominal bore sizes. The applications are seen mostly in the oil and gas industries and in the petroleum industrial applications.
