Type 321 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe, AISI 321H Boiler & Heat Exhanger Tubes Manufacturer

W. Nr. 1.4541 Welded Pipe has good forming and welding characteristics. The material does not require pre heating or post weld heat treatment. It can also withstand high temperatures up to 900 degrees Celsius. The material is used in high strength, high temperature applications and is not used for decorative purposes usually. The AISI 321H Boiler & Heat Exhanger Tubes are used in annealing covers, high temperature tempering equipment, chemical processing equipment, automotive exhaust systems, firewalls, boiler casings, aircraft exhaust stacks and manifolds, superheaters, gas and oil refinery equipment and so on. The Stainless Steel 321 Pipe is made up of 17% chromium, 9% nickel, silicon, iron, titanium, phosphorus and sulfur in the composition. The pipe sizes range from 1/8 inches to 48 inches and the seamless pipes range only up to 24 inches.

There are different shapes such as round, square, rectangular and others. The wall thickness of the pipes range from 0.4mm to 30mm and the schedules range from sch5 through XXH. The length of the pipes range up to 6.1m and custom cut to lengths are available as well. There are seamless, welded, cold drawn, structural, hot finished, extruded, annealed and pickled types. The AISI 321 Seamless Pipe is the most used type and it has less absolute roughness which means the dimensions are precise. The material has 1454 degrees Celsius melting point, 515 MPa minimum tensile strength and 205 MPa minimum yield strength. The 321 Stainless Steel Exhaust Tubing is therefore used in high temperature applications with high corrosion resistance requirements.
