ASTM A270 SS Hygienic Tube is made up; of austenitic steel grade which, is weldable and is quite formidable. The high-quality raw materials we use to make this tube makes them resistant to corrosion and provide incredible strength at sub-zero temperatures as well as high temperatures. On the contrary, ASTM A270 Sanitary Spool Tube is fitted with tri clamps at the ends for comfort. When these spools are, combined with clamps, gaskets, and tri-clamp tube fittings, there is no need to weld. This saves a lot of time, effort and can be easily changed or disassembled easily. These spools are used in the transportation of fluids, which are in chloride conditions.
ASME SA270 Sanitary Stainless Steel Pipe whose wall thickness tolerance is less than 12.5% are also used for sanitary applications. These pipe doesn’t have any welded joints. The ASME B36.10 SS Sanitary Tubing, on the other hand, is a seamless wrought pipe that is welded. These tubes can be customized according to your needs.
