Schedule 80 ASTM A249 Round Pipe and tubes are made from different types of materials. The materials are 304, 321, 316, 310, 347 and their different carbon variations. These pipes are of austenitic stainless steel and can be used in superheater, heat exchanger and condenser tube applications. The Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes have high accuracy in dimensions and can be used in precise applications, tools and equipment where the welded pipes have high absolute roughness but can be used in high flow systems. The pipe sizes range from 1/8 inches to 5 inches, ¼ inches to 5 inches and other dimensions depending on the material and application needs. The length of the pipes ranges up to 6m with custom cut to length sizes available. The Food Grade Stainless Steel Pipe is used in applications where food processing takes place. This is due to the high corrosion resistance of these pipes. The wall thickness of the pipes vary from 1m to 13mm. Depending on the application requirement, the Thin Wall Stainless Steel Pipe can be used to reduce weight. The pressure capacities vary with the wall thickness from sch 5 through 160. The pipes can also have different finishes such as pickled finish, BA finish and others.
